DESIGN AND DETAILED DRAWINGS
Using predominantly Solidworks, design concepts are created, tested, rendered & animated for discussion and approval with the client. Required calculations are produced and supplied where necessary. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is supplied if appropriate.
Hydraulic, electrical and Control diagrams are also produced as required.
TECHNICAL AUTHORSHIP AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENT CREATION
ADOBE Creative Suite – In-Design, Illustrator is used when producing
Operations and Maintenance manuals & Parts manuals. Documents are then supplied both as hard copy a, PDF and where requested Integrated PDF on media. Providing an interactive menu driven document on Flash or on line for the user to navigate through manuals and any other supporting documents/media such as video and online content.
CE/UKCA PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
Awareness and expert knowledge in the compliance process, providing advice and assistance with ensuring Machinery placed on the UK market complies with legal requirements. Years of in depth experience with Harmonised EU and GB standards helps ensure that products comply with legal requirements throughout the deisng phase and through to the realised products, and it’s supporting documentation.
Technical Construction Files can be created incorporating Design Failure Mode Effect Anaylsis and Self Certification justification as appropriate.
PROTOTYPE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Using an extensive network of manufacturers and engineering experts Prototypes can be produced. The complete process from the initial Specification writing through the design phase to appointing required production resources, working to customer budget to produce first off, compliant products.
